| Email Coaching |
- Unlimited email communication, we will discuss issues, set action
plans to complete goals and have regular updates on progress.
- £25 for 1 month unlimited contact or
- £45 for 2 month unlimited contact.

| Telephone Coaching |
- Each phone call will be for 45 minutes, I will call you at a
pre-arranged convenient time and we will discuss issues, set action
plans to complete goals and discuss progress.
- £20 each session
- (minimum 4 sessions)
- (Initial consultation free)

| Individual Consultation at Clients Home |
- A 45 to 90 minute meeting at the clients home at
a pre-arranged time.
- We will discuss the clients issues in a
relaxed environment and set effective goals which will be followed
up by subsequent
meetings and or telephone or email correspondence.
- £ 25 per 45 minutes plus travel expenses.
